To launch AOL’s Inclusion and Diversity resource groups, I created a vibrant visual identity to inspire employees to embrace their own identities in full color.
This campaign featured encouraging sentiments in abstract, hand-drawn lettering, symbolic of how our expressions of self can evolve. The overlap between letters shows the intersectionality in our identities and the vivid colors stand for unique traits coming together.
